Waiting For Spring

Folks, it’s been a LONG winter.  Every time the weather warms up, a day or so later we’ll get a dumping of snow and it feels like we start all over again.  As a mainly outdoor photographer, I’ve been just dying to get outside and photograph again.  I’ve also been pretty quiet around here as far as sharing pictures and sessions, although life at home is ANYTHING but quiet!  My three boys keep me plenty busy, and this is a rare occasion that the older two are out of the house with daddy, and Charlie, my six month old, is happily playing with some toys on my office floor.  I’m not sure how long that will last, so I’m going to try and make this quick!  I’ve had quite a few studio sessions this winter, but one of my highlights was doing some sessions while we were in Arizona for a couple weeks back in March.  I’m hoping to make it more of a yearly thing and try to book more sessions while we’re out there.  I’m not gonna lie, the weather is MUCH better in Arizona than it is here! :)  In any case, here’s a peek at some of those amazing Arizona sessions, as well as some studio work from the past couple months.

And of course some squishy newborns!I also got to do some food and drink photography with a couple different local places, the Caribou Grill and Far North Spirits!…This one even included tasting caviar for the first time!And of course, last but not least… a few images of my OWN littles!
